Raiths Industrial Estate is located on the North East perimeter of Aberdeen Airport, adjacent to Pitmeddan Road Industrial Estate.

Existing businesses on the Raiths Industrial Estate include Weatherford, Siemens Energy, Peak Well Systems, D B Schenker, Survitec Group, Global Energy Group and Pentagon Freight Services.

Raiths Industrial Estate was developed by Ashley Group / Raiths Farm Properties Ltd and is now substancially complete though there are two packages of land currently available in North Raiths Industrial Estate adjacent to the new railway goods yard.
